Never done one of these, but these seem to be the standard parts, so hopefully I've answered anything. Questions? Please do ask!

[OOC]

Backtagging: Absolutely.
Threadhopping: I'd appreciate a ping if the scene is serious but for the most part, I'm fine with it.
Fourthwalling: Please please PLEASE DO. Oz and all the references that come with it are totally fair game... with the understanding that many of them are going to be Vastly Inaccurate due to the difference between the Wizard of Oz that most people are familiar with and Maguire's version.
Offensive subjects: Can't think of any.

[IC]

Hugging this character: Go ahead. Expect confusion and awkwardness.
Kissing this character: Go ahead. Expect confusion.
Flirting with this character: Go ahead. Expect confusion and unhelpful responses.
Fighting with this character: Go ahead. ...he might fight back? He's a prickly sort of person so it's hard to say when talking and fighting switch over or even if they have.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): I'm down with it, though I'd prefer nothing permanent without talking with me. But he's a pretty sturdy man (we point to the whole dragon-savaging-hitting-the-ground-from-eagle-heights survival thing) so I'm willing to let him get pretty damn banged up with good reason.
Killing this character: Please no. He's already been killed once.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: You're welcome to. Fair warning that his mind is a VERY odd place. Also, he MIGHT notice.

[Other Characters]

Things to know about HIM:

Liir has magic: Liir has rather powerful magic, though he has absolutely no training and it generally acts on its own when he's in desperate need or in the thrall of high emotion. His magic will act subtly when he's faced with certain factors but he will more than likely ignore it or think it positively common place. Or claim it's just part of his general madness. Anyone is welcome to notice that he's got magic, but he probably won't believe you without some heavy persuasion.

Liir can see/manipulate/feel memory: All of his perception has to do with the past and he considers it his duty by the end of Son of a Witch to 'remember' things, to record them, to keep them and to utilize the past (memory, really) the way it's meant to be used (in his opinion). That said, no piece of information/vision/memory will be nabbed from your pup unless there has been OOC communication to that effect; IC, it's hard to 'grab' from people because they're very much in the present, as much as they're made of memory in some ways so this shouldn't come up much. When it comes to objects or places, it will work the same (OOC communication with the owner pup's mun). Anything bigger or more encompassing than that, which would only be for plot purposes anyway, would be run past the mods by email.

Liir is not entirely human: This will probably never come up but, say, if the Judoon showed up and started scanning people, he would come up as not entirely human.
